Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which dtfprintworks (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) manages returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our website dtfprintworks.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the custom nature of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as expressly permitted in Section 2 below.

2. Errors and Defects

If a product arrives with defects or errors caused by us, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Examples of eligible errors include:

  • Design defects caused during the production process.
  • Printing errors, such as incorrect colors or misaligned designs.

To request a replacement or refund for defects:

  • Notify us within 2 business days of delivery by emailing 
    dtfprintworks@gmail.com or chat with us.
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and defect.

Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement of the defective product at no additional cost, or
  • A full or partial refund of the purchase price.

3. Customer-Provided Errors

We are not responsible for errors resulting from information or artwork provided by you. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Spelling errors or typos in submitted designs or text.
  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality artwork.
  • Incorrect sizing or product selections made during checkout.

No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for errors attributable to customer actions or omissions.

4. Shipping Damage or Loss

Products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers are not covered under this Policy. However, we may assist you in filing claims with the shipping provider. For damaged shipments, please contact us within 2 business days with photos of the packaging and damaged product.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

This Policy applies only to purchases made through our Site. We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas.
