Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options through UPS:

• USPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
• UPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Estimated delivery in 2 business days.
• UPS Next Day Air: Estimated delivery in 1 business day.

Free Shipping:

• Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground.
• Customers who qualify for free shipping but wish to use expedited methods (UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) can choose to upgrade during checkout. Additional charges will apply.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
• Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Issues

• For issues related to shipping, such as damaged or lost packages, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
